What type of plumbers can we expect to have in our home?

In this video, Laura discusses how they select the plumbers that they hire which they send into people’s homes.

“I can tell you why we don’t hire just any plumber, it’s because I hire the plumbers. We also have Becky here and we have the influence of what experience we’ve had as women and mothers and having service technicians coming into our home. We don’t want a plumber to come in and track mud all through the house, tear something apart, or be scary. We often have children running around and this is our property, this isn’t a business property or an open trench out on a construction site. We are a service business so we send technicians into people’s homes. People are very particular about who they have in their home.

We want a plumber that will go in who does not have a background of theft or vandalism or drug use or criminal history. So people will feel like they can trust not just the workmanship, but the individual.

Many of our plumbers have life-long relationships with customers who are business property owners. So we have a couple of our technicians who work for people who have multiple properties, multiple rentals. Because they are very trustworthy, very honest, and very good at their plumbing skills, these customers call them back again and again to go service these properties because they know they can trust them.
