Orem Plumber Sprinkler Systems

In this video, Dan, a Service Technician of Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical in Utah, will discuss on Orem plumber sprinkle systems.

Orem Sprinkler Systems; you turn it on, you want to make sure it has done a good job of sprinkling everywhere. You test all the settings before you turn it on. During the spring when you turn them on, during the winter water may have stayed in lines, froze the pipes, or they need to be adjusted.
So it’s just a good idea to turn them all on and make sure they’re all working beforehand, because that’s another good way of getting flooded. Somebody all of a sudden leaves it off for a little too long and all of a sudden the pipe bursts. That has actually happened in my own house. Everything was working fine but there was a tiny leak and it actually was the pipe that cracked, it was an in-pipe so it blew off the cap right in the middle of the night.
My son was downstairs and got up to go to the bathroom in them middle of the night and he was sopping through water, so he came and got us and we tried to figure out what was going on. Outside his bedroom window there was tons of water and it was just pouring in a little bit at a time.
We went outside and looked around and sure enough one of the sprinkler pipes had broken and there was water running right into the house. My own house so it was a pain in the butt.
If we had checked that a little bit better in the springtime when we turned it on, we probably could have prevented that problem.
