“Some of our plumbers have certifications such as “Master Plumbers” or “Journeymen Plumbers”, but mostly we have a lot of apprentice plumbers. They are trained in customer service, they’re trained in plumbing, and various difference aspects of plumbing.

Our plumbing service is guaranteed. We have warranties on many of our parts and service, and we also have a UN guarantee. That means that if a customer calls in and complains we do everything possible to either refund their money or make sure that their plumbing is fixed properly.
